Your Wealth Gap is the differnce between the wealth required to live your ideal life and your current level of wealth (excluding the value of your business).

The Value Gap is the gap between the current value of your business and the value you need your business to be worth to fill your Wealth Gap.

Your Profit-Multiple Gap is gap between your current level of profitability or valuation multiple and the level of profitability or multiple valuation required to fill your Value Gap. 

Your Readiness Gap is the gap between both your business being fully prepared for your exit, as well as your personal readiness for what comes next, and where your are today.
